BELGRADE – Vice President Mike Pence is scheduled to fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport on Tuesday to campaign for Republican U.S. Senate candidate Matt Rosendale.

Airport law enforcement, Secret Service, and law enforcement across the valley will be increasing security at the airport ahead of the Vice President’s arrival. The Secret Service is also coordinating with the airport to limit delays for passengers on Tuesday.

“We really don’t expect more than a few minutes. What we expect is similar to regular air traffic control delay going into a major airport, so it’s a fairly minor inconvenience and I don’t think anyone’s going notice any impact other than just a few minutes,” said Airport Director Brian Sprenger.

Pence will be speaking at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds at noon Tuesday.
