BILLINGS- With six days until election day,  a new poll shows how close Montana’s top two races are.

A new poll from Gravis Marketing released Tuesday shows neck and neck races for both the U.S. House and Senate.

In the House, it’s a dead heat between incumbent Republican Greg Gianforte and Democratic challenger Kathleen Williams.

Each had 48 percent support in the Gravis poll.  Three percent of those polled say they’re still undecided.

In the Senate race, incumbent Democrat Jon Tester held a three-point lead over Republican Matt Rosendale, 48 percent to 45 percent.

Of the 782 people polled, 32 percent said they’ve already voted.

The poll has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.5 percent.

The survey also asked about President Trump’s performance in office. In Montana , it’s a tale of two extremes.

Forty-three percent strongly approve, while 33 percent of those polled, disapprove of the president’s job performance.
