GREAT FALLS- After provisional ballots were counted Tuesday afternoon in Cascade County, Republican Lola Sheldon-Galloway now leads Democrat Laura Dever 1,882 to 1,868.

The two candidates are vying for House District 22 in Great Falls.

Last week, just five votes separated incumbent Sheldon-Galloway and Dever.

A difference of .25 percent qualifies for an automatic recount.

The race is now out of that range, but a recount can still be requested.
