BOZEMAN – Details about the crash involving Fox News anchor Bret Baier near Bozeman have been released.

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Alexander Velasquez said Baier was driving a Jeep east on East Cameron Bridge Road around 9 a.m. Monday when he slid through a stop sign, and into the intersection of South Alaska Street.

The Jeep was hit by a pickup truck in the intersection, which forced it off the road, into a ditch, where it came to rest on its side, said Velasquez, who responded to the crash.

At the time, Bozeman was getting a lot of snow at the time and the roads were slick, said Velasquez.

Baier, his wife and his two sons were all transported to the hospital with minor injuries. In a statement, Baier said all family members were fine, and he would be back to hosting his show, “Special Report with Bret Baier,” Tuesday night.
