KALISPELL – One man died after a vehicle struck a pedestrian Saturday night.
The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office along with Montana Highway Patrol were dispatched to U.S. Highway 2 in the area of Packers Roost at around 9 p.m.
According to the sheriff’s office, the pedestrian was pronounced deceased on scene and had been identified as Derek Perez from Columbia Falls.
The Montana Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
