Etha Hotel project under new ownership

BOZEMAN –A boutique hotel company will be partnering with the owners of the project slated for the former National Guard Armory building in downtown Bozeman.

According to a news release, the project will be the first in Montana for Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants.

The Kimpton news release said the hotel will feature “a 122-room hotel with a signature restaurant, a whiskey and bar-centric speakeasy featuring music and live entertainment, and 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space.”

The hotel will also offer a music venue, along with a rooftop pool and bar.

Kimpton and the owners of the hotel hope to attract outdoor enthusiasts as well as travelers seeking to enjoy Bozeman’s thriving art and music scene.

Kimpton said it will announce at a later date whether or not the name of the hotel will stay the same.
