LIBBY – Moody’s Dirty Laundry and Self Dog in Libby was severely damaged in a fire Thursday night.
Libby Fire Marshall Steve Lauer told MTN News multiple firefighters responded around 8:30 pm for a fire at Moody’s Dirty Laundry and Self Dog Wash.
When firefighters arrived they saw heavy smoke billowing out of the roof.
Firefighters fought the fire for an hour and contained it to one electrical room.
Lauer told MTN News they believe this is where the fire originated.
Lauer said there was significant smoke and water damage to the structure where several other businesses reside.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
