Update: The man was located and is safe, according to the Belgrade Police Department.

BELGRADE – The Belgrade Police Department is searching for a missing 81-year-old man with dementia and other medical issues who walked away from his house on Cruiser Lane.
Police issued the alert at approximately 11:20 p.m. Wednesday and have not updated the alert.
The man is named Walter and is wearing a plaid shirt, jeans, and cowboy boots. Belgrade police request anyone with information to contact the department at 388-4262.
