BILLINGS — Interstate 90 between Hardin and Wyoming has been reopened to traffic per Montana State Department of Transportation.

Drivers are to expect winter driving conditions with snow covered roads for the entire stretch.

There is also some blowing and drifting snow between Lodge Grass and the state line.

Wyoming DOT reports black ice and severe driving conditions between the Montana state line and Sheridan.
