MISSOULA — It’s been 18 months since Jermain Charlo went missing and despite the lack of progress in the case her family and friends continue the search.
Charlo was last seen near the Orange Street Food Farm in Missoula on June 16, 2018. Search warrants and interviews have been completed, and dozens of leads investigated since the woman's disappearance.
Over 20 people braved the cold early Sunday to conduct a ground search for the now 24-year-old Native American woman.
Family members, volunteers, and the Lifeguard Group circled up as Missoula Police Det. Guy Baker explained the procedure and prompted the group to look for any item or piece of clothing that could be linked to Charlo.
