GREAT FALLS - A 30-year-old woman has died in an ATV rollover near Harlem.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, at around 4:15 a.m. Wednesday the driver of an ATV was turning right onto Rodeo Avenue from Coming Day Street at a high rate of speed.
MHP says the ATV hit a patch of ice and the driver over-corrected, rolling the ATV on Rodeo Avenue.
The male driver and female passenger were thrown from the ATV. MHP says the woman hit her head on the pavement.
She was taken to Benefis Health System hospital in Great Falls, where she was pronounced dead.
The name of the woman has not yet been released.
