BILLINGS – For this week’s Q2 Rewind, we looked back at a longtime Magic City tradition that’s celebrated no more: the Western Days Parade.
The parade dates back to June of 1939, when it started as a way to celebrate Montana’s 50th year of statehood.
Western Days in Billings also featured several other traditions, including a big street dance downtown.
