INGLEWOOD, Calif. – One person is dead after a police-involved shooting in California on Wednesday.
The suspect, described as an Asian man, entered a Church of Scientology building with a sword.
At one point an altercation broke out.
Two police officers were injured at the scene. One officer was shot in the hand and the other was shot in the arm.
It is unclear if the suspect had a gun in addition to the sword.
Neither officer has a life-threatening injury.
The suspect was shot and died on the way to the hospital.
