A man in a clown costume hung out of the sunroof of a car while fleeing from officers in the Los Angeles area on Saturday.
The bizarre chase began after a caller reported seeing a clown hanging out of the sunroof of a car while driving.
The driver refused to stop when officers attempted to pull him over.
The driver eventually jumped out of the car and ran onto a beach where he was arrested.
