A Wyoming Highway Patrol trooper captured a recent near-miss on the icy roads.
The agency posted a video to Facebook of the incident on US Highway 287 between the Wyoming-Colorado state line and Laramie.
Troopers said they wanted to highlight the need to slow down in dangerous conditions.
