BILLINGS — A longtime signal to the start of the holiday season is the presence of the familiar Salvation Army bell-ringers and red kettles.
Mayor Bill Cole read a proclamation at the Billings Scheels Store Friday morning, kicking the red kettles off for the holiday season.
Funds collected through the donations are used to provide resources to those in need in our community, from food and clothing assistance, to addiction rehabilitation.
