At 542 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking scattered strong
thunderstorms southeast of Miles City, with the strongest being 30
miles southeast of Miles City. The storms were moving east to
southeast at 20 mph.
Very heavy rainfall was likely with these storms, along with
possible half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph. Watch for quick
ponding of water on area roadways and possible local flooding, due
to very heavy rainfall.
