BILLINGS – Showers come and go, but cool temperatures stick around all week. And a little Monday morning fog, too.

Showers will develop across the area Monday and Monday evening with a few isolated thunderstorms.  Some showers will linger through Tuesday morning with a chance of some light mountain snow.

It will be drier Tuesday, but not any warmer.  Highs will be in the 50s to low 60s both Monday and Tuesday.  It will be a little breezy both days, with stronger winds form Billings eastward on Tuesday at 15 to 25 mph.

Wednesday will be a dry, warmer, but breezy day with highs near seasonal averages in the 60s to about 70.

Highs look to be in the mid-40s to 50s and lows in the 30s for the rest of the week. Scattered rain showers will develop and a little snow cannot be ruled out.

Billings forecast:

Monday… Patchy morning fog.  Otherwise, mix of clouds and sun with scattered showers and thunderstorms.  Westerly wind 10-20 mph.  High near 61.

Monday night… Scattered showers and isolated evening thunderstorms with a 30% chance of overnight showers.  Otherwise, mostly cloudy with a low around 40.

Tuesday… A light chance of a morning shower.  Mostly Sunny and about 61 for a high.  Northwest wind 10-20 mph.
