BILLINGS – Very strong winds closer to the mountains.  More showers are likely.

Strong winds will increase in the Livingston area north to Harlowton and east along I-90 to around Big Timber.  Gusts of 45 to 55 mph are possible along the Interstate, especially Friday afternoon and evening.

Friday will be dry, but clouds will start to increase during the afternoon and evening.  High temperatures will be mainly in the 30s with some low 40s.

A Canadian disturbance will bring a chance of mainly mountain showers Friday night through Saturday.

Saturday lows will be much warmer than the last few mornings, with readings in the 20s.

Saturday will be breezy in much of the area with afternoon readings in the 30s to low 40s once again. A shower here or there is possible.

Sunday brings the best chance of snow showers before dry weather returns Monday. Colder than average temperatures continue until Tuesday when it starts feeling more like November.
