BILLINGS – Changes in the wind and temperature highlight the weather early in the week, with the chance of showers returning by the weekend.
Monday is cooler than average despite sunshine and just a few clouds. High temperatures will be mainly in the 30s.
Monday evening, winds increase along the western foothills. Gust for 40 mph or greater can be expected through Wednesday.
Billings will feel the winds increase Monday afternoon, hitting gusts of around 40 mph by Tuesday afternoon.
Expect warmer days. Tuesday will start with reading in the upper teens and 20s, and reaching highs in the 40s. Wednesday, expect highs in the mid-40s to mid-50s.
By Friday evening there are indications of rain showers switching to light snow.
