BILLINGS – It’s another week of colder than average temperatures and scattered snow showers.

Temperatures will warm a little for Monday and Tuesday, but still stay below seasonal averages. Expect Monday afternoon highs mainly in the 20s with a mix of clouds and sun.

Overnight temperatures will be mainly in the single digits, with a few scattered isolated snow showers with little accumulation.

Tuesday will easily be the warmest day the week, with highs in the upper 20s to upper 30s possible. Winds will increase around the Livingston area Monday night and could gust to around 50 mph Monday night and Tuesday.

Temperatures retreat on Wednesday back to the 20s. Snow showers develop Wednesday night through Thursday, with Thursday afternoon highs only in the teens in most of the area.

Average temperatures this time of the year would be in the upper 30s to low 40s for the highs, and around 20 for the overnight low. Snowfall this season is just slightly above average at the Billings airport.
