BILLINGS- Showers and thunderstorms moving in Friday, and colder with a chance of snow next week.

More unsettled weather starts Friday, with a good chance of rain and thunderstorms. More showers continue on Saturday.

Starting Sunday, things get much cooler with scattered rain and snow showers likely to the middle of next week.

By comparison, Thursday is pretty nice. Highs will be close to seasonal averages, in the upper 50s to about 60. Winds will be light with a mix of clouds and sun.

By Friday afternoon, there is a good chance of rain with scattered thunderstorms. Expect wind to accompany some of the storms.

Temperatures remain mainly in the upper 50s to low 60s through Saturday for the highs, and 30s to low 40s for the lows.

Next week, highs will struggle to reach the 40s, and overnight temperatures will be in the 20s to low 30s. Certainly cold enough for snow.
