BILLINGS — Temperatures remain very consistent throughout the week but clouds and wind will come and go.
High temperatures will stay mainly in the 40s with lows mainly in the 20s for the lower elevations through Friday. Highs in the mountain foothills and Northeast Montana will be mainly in the 30s.
Clouds increase Monday, but high still in the mid 40s will be widespread. A few mountain showers will develop Monday afternoon and evening.
Areas around Livingston/Nye/Big Timber will be breezy Monday and Tuesday with stronger winds Tuesday night through Wednesday. Some of the wind will spill into the plains Wednesday and Thursday.
The lower elevations remain dry, but more showers are expected for the mountains later in the week.
Billings forecast:
Monday… Increasing clouds. Mostly cloudy in the afternoon with a high of about 45. West wind 10 to 20 mph.
Monday night… Decreasing clouds with a low close to 24.
Tuesday… Mainly sunshine with a high near 45.
