BILLINGS — Breezy periods over the next few days, but warming and drying conditions will highlight the weather.
High temperatures Thursday will be mainly the 50s across Eastern Montana and northern Wyoming with some 40s in the mountain foothills. Winds will increase in the mountain foothills especially during the afternoon and evening to about 15 to 25 mph.
Partly to mostly clear overnight with temperatures in the 25 to 35 degree range early Friday.
Temperatures warm ahead of a cold front Friday afternoon, hitting mainly the 50s with some low 60s east of Billings. Clouds and wind will increase later in the day ahead of the front.
Briefly cooler temperatures on Saturday with highs mainly in the 40s, the readings rebound to the 50s on Sunday. Through the middle of next week, many of the highs will hit the mid to lower 60s with continued dry weather.

Thursday… Partly to mostly sunny with a high near 51. West wind 10 to 20 mph becomes more breezy in the afternoon.
Thursday night… Partly cloudy with a low close to 33. Southwest wind 5 to 15 mph.
Friday… Sunshine with a high of around 57. Southwest wind 15 to 25 mph at times.
