BILLINGS — The comfortable temperatures from Monday hold over one more day, but hotter readings are just ahead.
Overall a quiet weather day with a few isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms along the Montana/Wyoming state line Tuesday. The rest of the region will see plenty of sun with highs mainly in the 70s with a light northwest breeze.
After a clear to mostly clear overnight with lows mainly in the upper 40s to mid 50s, highs will be climbing to mainly 80s Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday will be generally sunny with a light wind.
The warmest days of the week will be Thursday and Friday with many of the highs in the region hitting the mid to lower 90s. Conditions remain dry with a few stray showers or thunderstorms late Friday.
Cooler air invades the region over the weekend, bringing in scattered isolated showers and thunderstorms. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s by Sunday and Monday.
