BILLINGS — Warm, warmer, warmest. And a few thunderstorms will pop up.
Highs Friday will be mainly in the mid-70s to low 80s in eastern Montana, and could be a little warmer in Northern Wyoming. Expect a mix of clouds and sun.
An easterly wind will draw more moisture in from the Gulf of Mexico. Areas to the west and south of Billings will see isolated thunderstorms through the afternoon and evening that could produce pockets of heavy rain and hail both Friday and Saturday evenings.
Morning temperatures will start off mainly in the mid to lower 50s Saturday and end up in the mid-80s. Sunday will be the hottest day, with highs in the upper 80s to mid 90s.
Billings to Miles City to Sheridan, Wyoming will be close to record highs Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will remain above seasonal averages hitting mainly the 80s through the middle of the week.

Saturday…. Sunny early with a high around 85. Isolated showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.
