BILLINGS — In the short-term, we focus on warming before a midweek storm arrives.
High temperatures Monday will be in the 70s to low 80s with scattered isolated showers and thunderstorms to the afternoon and early evening. Severe storms will not develop, but erratic winds and small hail could accompany thunderstorms.
After starting a mainly the 50s, expect plenty of afternoon sun with Tuesday’s highs in the 70s to low 80s. Wednesday will be the warmest day the week with a highs in the 80s to low 90s, but a late day cold front changes the weather pattern.
Wednesday night and Thursday hold the best chances of rain and scattered thunderstorms. Regional highs will be mainly in the 70s Thursday and 70s to low 80s Friday.
