BILLINGS — An extended period of a bit warmer than average days is setting up with periods of wind.
Highs Tuesday will be mainly in the 30s across southern Montana and Northern Wyoming with a mix of clouds and sun. Winds will increase during the afternoon and evening, especially near Livingston and Big Timber and spread east to around Billings.
In the foothills, gusts will reach 50 to 60+ mph. Travel could be impacted on I-90 and Hwy 191.
Highs move to the upper 30s and 40s consistently the rest of the week. A few mountain snow showers will develop in an otherwise dry pattern.
Periods of wind will come and go through the weekend.

Tuesday night… Low of about 29. Winds increase to 15 to 25 mph in the evening. Mostly cloudy.
Wednesday… Mostly sunny and breezy at 15 to 25 mph. Around 42 for the high.
