The Billings area wound up with 3 to 5 inches of snow on the ground from Saturday evening through late Sunday afternoon.
Winter Weather Advisories and Winter Storm Warnings posted for much of south central and southeast Montana and northwest Wyoming will expire Sunday night.
Cold air and slick roadways will make for a hazardous commute Monday morning.
Sunday night temps will fall into the single digits and teens with afternoon highs on Monday reaching mainly into the upper 20s and mid 30s.
Area wind chills could easily reach double digits below zero in the early morning hours Monday.
