BILLINGS — It will be pleasantly cool for August.
A dry Canadian cold front moved through southeast Montana Sunday.
Winds shifted to the northeast and afternoon highs stayed well below average – in the 70s to low 80s.
Aside from an isolated mountain shower or thunderstorm, the weather pattern over the region will remain mostly dry for the next several days.
Warmer temperatures move back into the area Monday with afternoon highs climbing back into the mid to upper 80s.
