Q2 Weather: Flurries, showers and colder temps

BILLINGS — Winter Weather Advisories continue for portions of western and central Montana on Friday, as well as Winter Storm Warnings for the Beartooth/Absarokas and Yellowstone National Park.

As the next batch of weather moves across south central and southeast Montana and northern Wyoming today look for widespread morning flurries.

By this afternoon, flurries will mix with rain showers.

Colder temps will move in late in the day along with potentially slick roads in the region.

Snow showers will wrap up early Saturday morning and daytime highs will fall into the low to mid 30s for the next several days.

The forecast for Billings

Today: Mostly cloudy and colder, a 40% chance of am flurries and pm flurries and rain, west winds 10 to 20 mph and a high of 39.

Tonight: Mostly cloudy and colder, a 30% chance of flurries, west winds 5 to 15 mph and a low of 19.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy, southwest winds 5 to 10 mph, a 20% chance of isolated flurries or showers and a high of 32.
