BILLINGS — The 80s arrive Monday.
We’ll see temps rise well above average over the next several days.
Daytime highs Monday and Tuesday will surge to the mid to upper 80s for places like Billings, Miles City and Sheridan.
Overnight lows will stay in the 50s over the same time period.
Adjust to the changes appropriately by drinking more water and using sunscreen.
Remember – area waterways could be affected by mountain snow-melt, so be extra careful recreating around water.
Thunderstorms early next week will, for the most part, be over the mountains and west of Billings.
The chance for severe thunderstorms early next week will stretch mainly from southwest Montana to the north and east.

Monday night: Mostly cloudy and warm with a low of 54.
