BILLINGS — Severe thunderstorms are possible Thursday evening in the Billings area.
Conditions are favorable for the development of strong to severe thunderstorms across the region Thursday afternoon and evening, including the Billings area.
Severe thunderstorms can contain large hail, damaging 50 to 60 mph winds and brief, heavy rain.
Thunderstorms will wrap up late Thursday night, allowing mostly dry, mild and sunny weather to return for Friday.
