BILLINGS — The weather settles down for a few days.

A foggy Saturday morning across the region caused icing and visibility issues along area roadways and bridges.

An unstable weather pattern, calm winds and moisture from recent showers in the area will contribute to another round of patchy fog Saturday night into Sunday morning mainly east of Billings.

By Sunday afternoon, pressure gradients will tighten over Livingston and Big Timber allowing for gusty winds to develop.

Along with mostly sunny skies, afternoon high temperatures will remain mostly in the mid to upper 30s for several days.

The forecast for Billings

Tonight: Partly cloudy and cold with a 20 percent chance of isolated flurries, light southwest winds and a low of 20.

Sunday: Mostly sunny and mild with light west winds and a high of 34.

Sunday night: Mostly clear and a low of 19.

Monday: Sunny and breezy with a high of 35.
